Maintenance & Repairs

We offer full support of all aspects of environmental chamber maintenance and repair. Our customers value our rapid response time to ensure minimal interruptions to your business. Our technicians offer outstanding service on all testing equipment to include altitude, temperature, humidity, bench tops, walk-ins, steady state and shock environmental test chambers. Also offer maintenance, repair and support of Thermal Platforms and Industrial Ovens.

Preventative Maintenance

It’s critical to properly maintain your test equipment to extend its useful life, increase efficiency, and greatly reduce costly downtime. Our custom maintenance programs keep your chambers running.

Maintenance visits can be performed Annually or Bi-annually and  packaged with our calibration services. We’ll do the record-keeping for you. All maintenance and calibration activities are recorded in our asset management system.

A thorough inspecition of your equipment to include:

  • Leak Check Refrigerant System

  • Electrical Connections inpected and tightened accordingly

  • Voltage & Amperage Readings

  • Clean Coil Condensors

  • Ohm Value Readings will be checked and recorded.

Calibrations

As an ISO 17025 certified provider of physical, mechanical, electrical, and frequency calibration services, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality instrument support services available. We perform all Temperature, Humidity, Altitude and Process Variable Voltage Calibrations.

  • All calibrations are N.I.S.T traceable

  • ANSI/NCSL Z540 Compliant

  • ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Certified
